This Augusta GA native is a dog mom to multiple four-legged castoffs, having never met a dog she didn’t like. Ann Beth wakes up every day cultivating her philosophical precept #eatdrinkbemerryrepeat. We’re a husband and wife that love to cook, travel and be spontaneous. We started an Instagram to post our love of food mostly BBQ and smoked food. We also have a youtube channel that has silly videos along with battles with the BarrelBoss crew. We have 4 kids that all share the same love for cooking as we do. In 2022 we invested into getting a BarrelBossQ drum then invested into getting 1 more. This has been game changing for the food we make for ourselves and others.

Smoked Jerk Chicken


  • ½ yellow onion

  • ½ cup green onions sliced

  • 6 cloves garlic

  • 3 habanero peppers (seeded and chopped)

  • 2 Tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons ground all spice

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup lime juice


-Blend all ingredients until smooth

-Marinate your meat for at least 24 hours for best flavor

-Grill, smoke, BBQ or bake for required duration of the meat
