We’re a husband and wife that love to cook, travel and be spontaneous. We started an Instagram to post our love of food mostly BBQ and smoked food. We also have a youtube channel that has silly videos along with battles with the BarrelBoss crew. We have 4 kids that all share the same love for cooking as we do. In 2022 we invested into getting a BarrelBossQ drum then invested into getting 1 more. This has been game changing for the food we make for ourselves and others.
Smoked Jerk Chicken
Ingredients

½ yellow onion
-
½ cup green onions sliced

6 cloves garlic

3 habanero peppers (seeded and chopped)

2 Tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

1 tablespoon kosher salt

2 teaspoons ground black pepper

2 teaspoons ground all spice
-
1 teaspoon dried thyme
-
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground cumin
-
½ teaspoon nutmeg
-
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-
3 tablespoons soy sauce
-
2 tablespoons brown sugar
-
1/3 cup lime juice
-Blend all ingredients until smooth
-Marinate your meat for at least 24 hours for best flavor
-Grill, smoke, BBQ or bake for required duration of the meat
